Bir Hibrit Komisyon anlaşması, aynı sözleşme içinde birden fazla ödeme modelini bir araya getirir. En yaygın yapı, CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) ile RevShare (Revenue Share) modelini birleştirerek affiliate'e hem anlık ödeme hem de uzun vadeli gelir payı sağlar.
Operatörler, ne saf CPA ne de saf RevShare modelinin ticari gerçekliklerine tam uymadığı durumlarda hibrit modele yönelir. Saf CPA, müşteri kalitesi açısından fazla riskli görünebilir; saf RevShare ise hızlı nakit akışına ihtiyaç duyan affiliate'ler için cazip olmayabilir.
